How do I become a trade customer?

2. Submit, or print and email to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. We will confirm when your account is active, which will allow you access to log in through our website.
What’s your minimum order for trade customers?
There are no minimum orders, however please see below for freight details.
How do your deliveries work?
Freight is charged for deliveries under $120. We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays. North Island deliveries are usually overnight if orders are places before midday. For South Island deliveries, please allow 2-4 business days.
Can you supply product in large quantities?
All of our Foodservice products can be ordered in larger quantities. Please provide us with 4-5 business days notice to ensure we have stock available for you.
Can you develop a specific blend for my requirements?
Yes absolutely. Our clever team will work with you to come up with a recipe that suits your needs.
What Food Safety standards do you comply with?
Alexandra's operate under the new National 3 program as required by MPI.
