Chermoula Prawns and Calamari with Tomatoes and Avocado

    Using Alexandra’s Chermoula

    Ingredients:

    3 Tbsp Alexandra's Chermoula

    3 Tbsp olive oil

    300g cleaned prawns

    300g calamari, sliced into rings

    2 avocados, peeled, and roughly chopped

    2 tomatoes, roughly chopped

    50g feta, crumbled

    Method:
    1. In large mixing bowl mix the Chermoula with the olive oil and stir until smooth.

    2. Add in the shrimp and calamari and leave in the fridge to marinate, the longer the better.

    3. Warm up a pan over medium high heat, add in the marinated seafood and cook stirring occasionally until the seafood is fully cooked, about 8 minutes.

    4. In the same pan, add in chopped tomatoes, avocado and feta. Serve immediately with ciabatta (optional but delicious!)
