Quality (Returns) Policy
We aim to provide the highest standards of quality, at all times, and we expect our deliveries to get to you in the same condition they were in when they left our premises. If any product reaches you in a spoiled condition, and we agree that it has, we will, at your request, refund the value of that product to you providing you send the product back to us for evaluation. If you have been charged for any product which hasn’t been delivered, we will, at your request, either re-send that product or refund the value of the product to you. We deliver nationwide across New Zealand 5 days a week, Monday-Friday and internationally by request. You may also arrange to pick up your product from our facility in Auckland.
Credit card information security policy
Alexandras use the DPS Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. DPS processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.
Payments are processed in real-time
Alexandras does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by DPS. DPS have bank grade security. All transaction details are stored in their PCI-DSS compliant Data Centre. DPS Payment Express Software is certified with over 200 banks globally. If you are invoiced an incorrect amount for any product ordered a payment adjustment must be made by you, or by us, as the case may be, to reflect the correct amount.
Why did you receive an email from us?
If you received an email from us, your email address is either listed with us as someone who has shared this address for the purpose of receiving information e.g. newsletter, or you have registered your details with us or have an existing relationship with us.

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission unless ordered by a court. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing relevant information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information relating to our communications with you.
