Using Israeli Couscous
250g Israeli Couscous
250g Tuscan Sausage or similar – skinned
75g Pecorino or Parmesan cheese – grated
1 bunch chopped parsley
50ml Lemon Oil
Cook Israeli Couscous according to instructions on the pack
Fry the sausage gently in a non-stick pan breaking up the sausage with a wooden spoon.
Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix all ingredients together.
