Moroccan Bean Tajine Glow Bowl

 Using Alexandra’s Moroccan Bean Tajine Ready-Meal

 

Ingredients:

Alexandra’s Moroccan Bean Tajine Ready-Meal
Alexandra’s Israeli Couscous
1/2 cucumber
Mint, parsley, coriander
Yoghurt or hummus
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Toasted pita wedges

 

Method:

  1. Cook the ready-meal as per the instructions on the back of the label.
  2. Cook the Israeli Couscous as per the instructions on the back of the label. Drain.
  3. Chop the cucumber and herbs and toast the pitas.
  4. Add the tajine, couscous, cucumber, and herbs to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Dollop with yoghurt or hummus and serve with toasted pita wedges.

 

This is also delicious in burritos!
